Added a voltage controlled switch.

VCS-1A - Quad Voltage Controlled Switch

I built this VC switch for the Mini1cv waveform select function but it worked
so well I desided to make a Maxx module out of it. The VCS-1A is a quad
voltaged selectable switch. CV can be 0 to +5 or 0 to +12/15 The four switches
are turned on then off one at a time as the CV increases. Very usefull.
