Well much to my suprise now I've got an email from BH saying he
sent the rest of the EN collection "about a week later".
Well it still isn't here, which is no tribute to the US Airmail..
I sent a (slightly intemperate!) rave to midwest Analog Products 
who recommend EN and have an order list for it on their site
(although they have no connection at all to BH, either physical or 
financial). And M.A.P. seem to have passed this rave on to the man!

Well, we shall see what becomes of all this.
