Korg Poly 800-II question

Hello All,

Any Korg mechanics out there?  My Poly 800 II spews CC 1 and 2 when
I play a G2 -- CC 1 and 2 are the controllers that are sent when the
joystick is moved fore and aft...  This spurious output only occurs when
I play a G2 on the Korgs keyboard, no other note does it, nor does it
do it when it receives a G2 from another keyboard via midi...
