Midi chips?

I'd like to know if there're any 'all-in-one' midi to cv converter chips?
I'm planning to add midi controlled cutoff and resonance to my vcf (thanx
for all the replies on my exponential converter question!). I've found only
complete kits but no diy midi to cv's...
