Binary to BCD converters

Is there an easyway (ie IC) that converts binary numbers (8bit in this
case)to BCD for driving 7seg displays? (maybe I'm missing something but
it looks like a dificult conversion.

example
255        to   2    5   5
1111 1111  to 0010 0101 0101
