ASM front panel questrions

Yeah some people are still hooking up C.List's panels!!
I ordered all of the parts this weekend and they should be here any day now,
so it is time to smooth out some questions I have.  On this panel (C.List's),
some of the connections to be made are not obvious to me.  The FM Pot amd the
PWM CV, are they just attenuators?  Did you use the DC or AC FM input?  Also
the 1v/octave  inputs, are those just the modulation inputs?  the VCF "Q" is
the res control, correct?  The Freq CV, audio in, and output pots are
attenuators as well.?  How is the BP - LP HP switch implemented?  What is the
scale section?  and the VCA's gain cv inputs are the control inputs, correct?
marked as CV in on the board. Thanks for any help, I know this may seem basic,
but having never played with a modular type synth before, I am kind of in the
dark.  If it would be easy for any one of you who have used his panel and got
the hook up sheet he used to send with it,  maybe you could send or fax me a
copy??
