Hi!
Water-damage stories seems (un)popular these days... I once did some
work in a studio that where placed in the basement just under a
resturant. One day we started to notice an accelerating droping from
the Coke/Water tube in the cieling of the mixer room, we needed to
quickly save the tape-machine and the DX7 with friends from the
coke-rain... the mixer console just happend to be out of reach for the
coke-rain, and this was luck since it was the heaviest piece we got
except for the safe (which I still don't understand how he got down
the spiral stairs).
So think twice before getting a similar studio-placement, we where
lucky to be there when it started, will you?
Coke should be a drink, not a sudden addition to once's electronic
gizmos. I think the same goes for beer...
Cheers,
Magnus
