Pressure/Velocity Sensitive

Hi all
On begin - sorry for my funny english...

I'm new in the synthesisers world...
My dream is to build complete Formant, but with modern parts and new
ideas (preset, midi etc.).
I use 6 octave kbd for controlling synthesiser.
On this time I have built power supply and 3 LFO's
Now I design tempco VCO (with LM3046, LF412, TL08x) based on Rick Jansen
design.

I have some question:
1. what about Exar VCO XR-2207, XR-2209
2. what about ICL8048/9 Log/Antilog Amplifiers
3. how works keyboards with pressure/velocity sensitive (or touch
responsible...)
