....well I have built the exp convertor, and used it to run a LM13600
oscillator.

I din't have my notes handy, but possibly when feeding the LM13600 via a 22k
resistor to 
provide a rough voltage to current convertor, the cv is negative, not positive?

By the way, I spoke to the Aust agents for National Semiconductor, who
confirmed my 
suspicion that the LM13600 is deleted (not made now in ANY package).
If anyone could find the status of the Philips equivalent (dip package) I would
appreciate it.
