Picky Picky, I was just reacting to your statement..:) use two switches.

About 60 cents / +3 to +18 or +-7.5 / 14 pin dip / no PCB needed just point to
point it in like a transistor. 1 chip(2 switches), 2 resistors and a few
wires.
