The wave outs for each pair of voices are pins 14 and 16 of a MC5534.
The wave in for each VCF goes to pin 1 of a A1QH800170

I guess you could use 4016/66s to switch the siginals. You could even put
external audio through all 6 filters at the same time. All ics are in single
in line packages on the module board. It looks like it would require extensive
board hacking. If you want to filter some audio why not just build a VCF?
Junos aren't the greatest synths in the world but it seems a shame to carve
one up for a VCF (my opinion).
