Hmm.. If the aluminum is of decent thickness it would be acceptable.
Nothing worse than to have the front panel bend when you try to pull out a
patch cable... $25 isn't much to pay for a nice front panel at all! I'm
probably going to shell out a small fortune to get mine professionally
done, but I want to have this DIY project be absolutely *pristine* and
professional-looking, unlike my last one. (ever notice there aren't any
pictures of my asm-1 anywhere? ;)
Care to get any addresses for us, or is this a local mom&pop type shop?
