BTW. I am just of the phone after talking to Anders. His site is
temporarilly down since they are rebuilding the server at the school
that he works, this also means that he doesn't can read his email on
that account. We are considering a way of getting the stuff up
temporarilly while the server work progresses...

Hmm... this sounds like a interesting way of doing things, I better
check it out.

I have a sheet with the VC-ADSR that Gene did some time ago, just
about the same time he did the 5-level PWM waveshaper which I also
have a sheet on... both came on a fax to me.
