Yes, and it is well worth to think about if it makes sense to provide
extra s&h's or other storage means to freeze or slow down or recall
a spectral information, because looping or time-stretching or simply
storing of the analysis audio signal is easier and can be done with
almost any cheap sampler (uaghhh, digital stuff, get him from the list, ;->),
ok , say tape recorder, dictaphon etc.
