4-ganged pots and state-variable filters

two questions: does anyone out there know a source where I might find 
some 4-ganged potentiometers? Mouser requires I make a minimum 100-piece 
order.

Also, Gene mentioned that some list members know of where I might find 
some schems and PCB artwork for a state-variable filter...
