Hi,
does anyone know where those data sheets can be obtained? I found some
MNs at panasonic's site, but no BBDs.


Indeed, at least some MN type BBDs seem to be still in production, e.g.
the Boss CE-5 chorus pedal has a 3101 clock generator and 3007 BBD in it.
And I doubt all the other cheap analog fx units still being produced are
made from TDA1022s or SADs, so there must be some continuing source of
BBDs.

BTW, a few panasonic BBD chips are offered by some mail order dealers at
least here in germany. I would have to look that up though, if someone is
interested.
