Some of the companies listed there make keyboard-to-MIDI
adapters as well as MIDI-to-organ circuits. (be prepared to
spend a couple hundred dollars. There's not much chance of
finding a cheaper device to do it, except possibly
buying an old MIDI-output combo keyboard in the
used-equipment market, and gutting its circuits to
wire to your switches.)
