I've often heard it referred to as 'Tolex,' but that's a brand name, like
Xerox or Band-Aid.
I know Peavey manufactures (or at least resells) that material, along with
all the corners and other various hardware you'll need.

Honestly, try a music store.  That's where I see it in the KC area.
