Okay.

It actually sounds good :)  Yes, I mean that.

It hasn't killed me. Sure, you need to concentrate a little harder when the
voltages are higher, but it isn't anywhere near as dangerous as working with
mains, tv sets, monitors or computer switch mode power supplies.

As for noise and distortion, I didn't notice any.

This won't be my last tube project.
