Maxx VCF-5A MS5O clone

The VCF-5A is based on the MS5O. This is worlds most dangerous VCF only ear
plugs can save you with the resonance up over half way, it's like sticking a
ice pick in your brain. This one is best build in the daytime so you don't
wake up the block twisting the res pot. Used a 3O45/46 in place of the diode
block, works very well.
