question about Ua726 and Japanese Urban music web site

Hope someone on this list can read Japanese !
just Did a search on UA 726 , the hard to get IC , and came across a site For
Urban music in Tokyo .
 However the site was in Japanese , and 1., I haven't got the software to
display this correctly . And 2. I can't read Japanese anyway .....
Would anyone be able to help with a rough translation ?
