No , I have the original for VCF and it has this mistake
Never seen inside an vcs3 but I've breadboarded vcf and 
eliminated this cap as I have bad experience with wrong
polarisation on elcos.Found this as only normal explain
so there's 0.01 % chance that I'm wrong :)
For infamous 47kpf I used 47n and it worked ok (well
minimoog vcf sounded better so I ditched the first one).
Never looked other vcs schematics that I have in such 
detail,but I'm going to as it seems.
Now,if only I'd find that matrix board and I'm tangerine
dream  :)
