More chua again

I found this URL:

That has a schematic with actual values for the components.  However,
the text is in French, and I can read only a small fraction of it.  (I
had French in the 3rd and 4th grades.  That was *many* years ago.)
Anyway, something else is that this circuit uses only one negative
resistance emulator.  Is this a mistake?
