I've just ordered one so I'll have more info in a day or two. Meanwhile
the details on page 913 of the current catalogue are:-
SHARC EZ-Kit Lite

Now with this easy-to-use development kit designers with no DSP
experience, can soon master Analog Devices SHARC 32-bit floating point
DSPs. The SHARC EZ-KIT Lite is a complete package for DSP evaluation and
prototyping, containing all the essential tools for the development of a
DSP design. The DSP development board includes:-
* ADSP21061 SHARC processor running at 40MHz
* UART - RS232 interface
* AD1847 SoundPort audio CODEC
