....yes it is.
I suppose it would be usefulk for a 'tube' synth as it uses damn near as much
current as a tube! ;-)
Harris run a 'fax back' touch phone input data service, by which it is
possible to get
12 or so pages trying (in not so many words) to tell you how to get the 8038
anywhere near what you would want, range and symmetry/dstortion wise.
I wouldn't use it for anything but a lfo personally.
