.....well any book from the 50s to 70s about analog
computing will have them.... and most general
'applications of op amps' from then will also..
if you are in a hurry just look for anything by G. Korn,
who wrote a shitload on this type of thing, all great..
remember, those were the days when an op amp had a
dozen valves in it, so they really made those suckers
earn their keep.. where did the Electronotes 
contributors get their ideas? from analog computer
circuits, quite often.

today's helpful hint: cut drift by floating the heaters 
of your op amp across a 6v car battery... reduces hum, too!
