......well, according to Linear Technology app note 14, page 14, their
exponential v to f convertor ckt has "exponential conformity within 0.13% over
a 10Hz-20KHz range, drift 150ppm".
This has a CA3096AE array.... Jim Williams assured me that if you use the
components specified in the ckt it will meet these specs.... it is
specifically designed for musical applications...
A friend who built it was happy, but he didn't have equipment to test the
stability to these limits
