And there is still possibilities to compensate with el cheapo NTC resistors. 
Martin Czech, and me had a discussion on that topic, search the archives for 
the subject "New(?) ideas for the new year". Martin said that he would archeive
an tempco that would be compensated to about one fifth of the original 3300ppm.
He did measure a reallife NTC and did calulate this.
