insulating equipment racks

Anybody out there built their own equipment racks for moving around 
and so forth.  I just received my MidAtlantic rack rails in the mail
today and I'm about to begin construction.  However first I wanted
to put out some feelers for tips on isolation/insulations from RF
crap.  But really, anybody out there who has built one, let me know
about your trials.  Any and all feedback is desirable.
