Yes - I'd try cleaning no matter what kind of solder is used. Unless a
certain type of solder is proven by experiment not to affect analog
circuits with pico-amp input current devices, I'd clean it.

What about the solder that is advertised as "No cleanup necessary" Or
water clean solder?
