Stacking Banana plugs??

Local stores have them, out here anyway (SoCal).

One neat thing is that you screw in the setscrew to hold the wire as it
comes in from the side, you really all you need next to your synth is a
box of wires, plugs, and a screwdriver and you can make patchcords up as
you need them!

Where does everyone get their stacking banana plugs to make patch cords?
Mouser doesn't have these.  Also, what gague/type of wire would anyone
reconmmend  for these patchcords?
