computer RAM loop sampler

all this talk about delay pedals reminds me of an idea that's been floating
around in mind for a while ... I've got this 8Meg computer RAM chip that's
useless to me; how about somebody tell me how to convert it into a four
track continuous repeat sampler with independent dub-in control for each
channel ...

need:

clock circuit (ok)
4x A/D and D/A converters
logic for read/write and address counter
output audio amps

any obvious chip solutions ?!
