Looking for Bode Barberpole Phaser Information

Greetings,
I have a copy of Harald Bode's 'Audio Signal Processing System'
patent no. 4,399,326. I believe that this patent describes the
"Bode Barberpole Phaser" built by Bode Sound in the 1980's. I
have found a poor picture of the front panel in the Nov/Dec 1981
issue of Polyphony (page 15).

I am looking for more information on the beast. I can't quite read
all the labels on the panel picture. There seems to be more knobs
than are described in the patent.

Does anyone know how many were built or sold? Does anyone have a
better picture? Better yet, does anyone have one?

I have seen the Frequency Shifter (Bode and Moog) and Ring Modulator
pictures on synthfool and hyperreal, but there is nothing more at
those sites.
