   I agree, the circuit looks like it'd be a little too much.  Ya know.. 
there may be a far more elegant way of temperature compensating a VCO 
circuit that everyone has overlooked... I'll let everyone know as soon as 
I can test it out...  In the meantime, 3046's or MAT-04's are good 
enough!
