Off Topic: HTML GURU required

Y-ellow Y'all.
        This has got to be the first time I've ever apologized for being off
topic. However the way I figure it is that this list has the highest
concentration of smart people I've ever had the privilege to be associated
with. I'm hoping that among our number is a "HTML Guru"

I need to find a solution to something that all my research has turned up
nothing about. Concerning used by dates and expiries on HTML pages. If
anyone thinks they might be able to help me I'd really appreciate a private
