Korg MonoPoly scaling problems

Hi..

    A friend of mine has a Korg MonoPoly, which seems to work fine in mono mode. However, in poly mode, the keyboard scaling seems to be stuffed; playing an octave on the keyboard results in various clangorous intervals (9ths etc).

My guess is that the CV scaling cctry has gone out way out of calibration, or such like. Strange, though, that the problem only occurs in poly mode.

So, my questions are:

1) Does anyone have any suggestions for causes/remedies?

2) Does anyone have schematics?
