new schematics web site

[Entropy Struct]

Check it out if you like, right now there's only schematics for a cheapo
filter and a simple 8038 VCO. I should add stuff as I get more time. It's
pretty bare-bones right now, so there's not much to comment on. I'll put
some more time in this weekend so it may look much much nicer in another
week or so. 

I know the 8038 has been discussed here before, but this design claims to
be stable. I guess I'll test it as soon as I put it together, but I have
my doubts. I might end up with another VCLFO, but there are worse fates
for trying something new. I like using VCO's for strange percussive FX,
and that doesn't require a terribly hefty amount of stability.
