Im not sure of this, but I think if you just use cmos logic you can do
this. It *might* be a good idea to isolate the sync 24 at the inputs and
outputs with, say, a MOC3010..
Whats up with the two in? Do you want to somehow merge them, or make the
two inputs switchable?
