Try going to www.maxim-ic.com and search on 'debounce'. There is like a hex or octal debouncer in there. It is in a SSOP package, but you can get adapters for it or CAREFULLY solder. Aries Electronics (not the old synth company!!) makes tons of adapters. Paul Schreiber Synthesis Technology
