MIDI pitch bend

    Hello all, and happy holidays.  Just a couple of questions I need to
ask.  I need to make a custom keyboard controller, sort of a double
manual thing, and I think I'm just going to use two Fatar Studiologic
37's recased together.  Should be fine, I don't need much
features-wise.  But I do need a bender on one of the manuals.  Pitch &
mod would be cool, but if it's just pitch, I could live.  Now to the
questions:
   1.) Anybody know of a quick and dirty analog-MIDI thingy, say PC
joystick-MIDI (minus a computer, just a sort of one-shot device)
    2.) Anybody know of a way to change the output channel of one of the
keyboards? They're both CH1.
    3.) On a related note, anybody have a URL for the bloke that made
the knobs box for rebirth-MC-303?
