Midwest Analog Products DIY Help

[Radio Head]

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get finished front panels (punched & 
silkscreened)for the Midwest Analog Products ADV-Bass, ADV-Snare, and 
ADV-MIDI.  I already have the boards assembled and i have the pots & 
knobs.  I have looked at MAP web page and have emailed them and haven't 
gotten any response from Midwest Analog Products.  Please email to 
Radiohead33 if you have any ideas.  Thanks in advance.
