rotary decoder synth mod AGAIN! Glitch-free version :)

Well, I now have a NEW and REVISED (read: glitch-free) version of my
rotary decoder..This one uses a 4013 instead of the quirky data latch..
I think the data latch/nand gate combo was oscillating, making the whole
system glitch a lot.
Got the chip count down to 3 for the whole deal!

BTW, this came after reading the TTL cookbook over and over again..What
a good no bull informative book.

included..
Im sooo happy it no longer glitches.. that prob was really driving me
nutty..
