FWIW, you can try Linemaster:

They manufacture industrial foot switches.
Push-on, push-off ("maintained") DPDT foot switches can be hard to find.
In many cases, it is better to use a SPST momentary foot switch and a
circuit
(flip-flop with analog switches or a relay) to provide the latching and
signal-routing functions.
