Books relating to Synth-DIY etc.

Hi!

I have now put some work into compiling a web-page with reference to a
number of books.

This list is the joint effort of friendly Synth-DIYers and
Jerry Federspiel (a newcommer to the list) for compiling a summary of
the thread on books that appeared lately.

I throwed in a number of books that I throught where missing but in one
way or another could be usefull.

Any more details on a book in there is needed, any more hints on books
to include, comments on books etc. is as allways very wellcome.

One VERY good way to get a book in there is to send me a copy ;^)
(OK, it was a shameless try, but you can't blame me for trying)

I am considering grouping books together into some categories.
