 I would like to emphasize that the book is really useful *only if* you
 have a source/money/time for all those CEMs and SSMs. Just about every
 circuit in Henry's book uses them... I mean, come on, an ADSR eg that
 utilizes a specific ADSR chip? Wouldn't have needed a book to built this
 type of stuff, rather a data sheet. So, if you don't want to use a crap
 load of custom chips, the book is a big disapponitment.
