It *is* a brilliant book, no doubt. Lots of valuable information
that you won't find too often, and some good ideas what to
do with Spice printouts. I really enjoyed reading it.

Nevertheless, I don't share the common enthusiasm about it
being such a comprehensive beginner's book. I'd recommend something like
Tietze / Schenk, "Electronic Circuits : Design and Applications"
for a profound overview. If you're familiar with that (or a similar one),
you will appreciate the additional insight of RAP's "Troubleshooting".

Once again, the Pease book is highly recommended. (And I trust
him on all but the section on Spice, which is quite outdated, IMO.
You can clearly see this when he refers to the Saber level 2 opamp models.)
