ok more silly questions

if u have a low tollerencve for beginners press delete...if not:

1.) how should i go about replacing the snapped hs60 key i have with the
new one kindly sent by phillip

2.) my poly 800 appears to be (without my assistance) randomly going into
vco without my permission...kind of annoying really.
What might the problem be?
