$5 digital delay chips

Hey this looks pretty cool, and cheap too! Another feature that might be
cool is the variable sampling rate - to get a lofi sound.

Definitely let us know how it goes. I'd especially be interested in the
minimum value for the delay resistor and the minimum delay time (I
didn't see that given in the datasheet, but I only did a quick scan).
It's too bad they aren't more specific about the kind of roll that
resistor is playing in controlling the internal delay osc.
