I don't think so, although the technology is similar. The "Leslie
Simulator" was a discrete transistor twin t bandpass filter driven
by a discrete transistor LFO, the Synthespin was an IC version using
the LM3900. Same concept.

sold as "Synthespin" were different in details of the design than the
"Leslie Effect Simulator", but the basic concept was the same for
both.
