Any Americans using Schaeffer Apparatebau?

Hi all ...

I've been looking at different methods for front panel production and I'm
considering using Schaeffer Apparatebau's services.  Are there any Americans
who have used their services?  I'd like to here some first hand experiences
particularly about the following:

-Is it cost effective and affordable?
-Was getting it shipped overseas risk free or costly?
-Was there any communications problems?  (I'm an English only type)
-Any bad experiences or "not quite what I expected" results?

Maybe some Europeans can answer too?
